Hello! This question's been bugging me ever since I saw Ryo in Excite! singing Heavenly Psycho. I saw this magazine pic , and it showed Ryo's necklace. Any one knows if there's a story about that necklace? May I also know what magazine and issue is this? Thank you.
according to the captions underneath the picture you have, Ryo says that he bought it in a store in Osaka, and he's been wearing it ever since.
This magazine is the magazine "Seventeen," I think from 2004/08.
I'm not sure by what you mean by "story" about the necklace-- but if you're asking whether or not it's a pair w/ someone i.e. another Jr or a girlfriend... Ryo is the only Jr that has that kind of necklace (most of the Jr. wear silver accessory, Ryo is one of the few, actually the only one that I've really noticed who wears a gold necklace-- which I think is rather characteristic of him to do something that the other kids aren't necessarily "into").
(About the girlfriend thing-- well, I've glanced over a couple rumors on Japanese msg boards. If you really want to know, write to me on my LJ-- I don't really like posting stuff like this that's private & really just rumors on public msg boards and communities and stuff..., because some people overreact about idols having girlfriends and stuff-- i mean, he's 20, and damn good looking, why shouldn't he doesn't have a girlfriend or two!? But each fan has different perspectives so...)
Hmm thank you~ That's interesting because I find there are a lot of juniors who seem to be finding jewllery and keeping it for a very long time. Hiroki has two necklaces he keeps wearing all the time (the crown-shaped one and the shorter one), Jin wore one with hearts on it perpetully for about 4 months, Ueda wears a little silver cross, Koki wears that bulky silver thing round his neck (I think it looks like saturn >.>) and there are a few others... I wonder if Ryo is really the only one who has worn that or whether Koyama "borrowed" it or something becuse I am almost positive I saw him wering one identical .__.

I'm not an expert on this... (are there really experts on this?) But from what I've noticed, (not that I pay that much attention...), the accessory lifetime for jewelry is like.... ~3-5 months.
I know Ikuta Toma kun changes his accessories rather often, and so does MatsuJun of Arashi.
The necklace that Jin wears (with the woman posing and the heart) I've only noticed since the start of Gokusen.
But since the article that hyperslip got the picture from was from last summer, then Ryo chan has been wearing that necklace for.. well heading for a year-- which is pretty long time.
