I was looking thru my MF acc & I found that I had old podcasts still online
thought I'd share them again
they are all on MF only~ I do have up till Oct 06 podcasts that are active somewhere on my LJ (i think) but I'm not uploading any more coz my speed is limited and very slow unless theres alot of requests to re-up

I wish I could have done it for longer though..
Kchan NewS was the best esp. when NewS wasn't around and also u can hear all sorts of things on his show~

on the other hand... Nino's one is kinda quiet coz there arent any guests and Ohno's is like.. morning prime time zZzZzZz
