And here I go again.
Well, I don't know much about him. I just know that when I saw his perf of Love Addiction, it srsly killed me. o_O Soooo much hotness.
He is the mama of NEWS. Newslove. Uhm, yeah, he's a good guy.
He also finished university, which is a good thing. I like intelligent men... :) (Although yes, not all who go to uni, are intelligent, but I'm sure he is!)
Although again yes, he is such a baka at times, according to Shige. xD He can ask the funniest questions and say the stupidest things and still get away with it.
Uhm... Koyato friendship is again the best. Such dorks together.
He can like talk forever. That's why he is the MC and also has the radio show.
If there's someone who pulls NEWS together, it's him and not (as many think) Pi. That's purely my opinion though. Feel free to disagree. :)

How does Koyama stand out...

For me I think Koyama is the CORE of NEWS, he is 99% of the time smiling, and almost looks like he's in the greatest mood! I love how his voice stands out a lot and when he sings he really puts everything into it. He's not the best dancer, but he's getting A LOT better, but when he does dance there is always passion in his moves. Now him as a person, I think he has the best personality, and is probably the greatest friend.

When I first got into NEWS, Koyama was the FIRST one i really noticed (well he stood out the most). He has strikingly beautiful looks and is pretty tall (as far as Japanese go), and is just plain CUTE... im not that good in talking like this so I may be jumping from subject to subject, lol.

He's an absolute talk-bitch and he makes that quite clear on interviews but i love him so much for that. In the time that I've been a fan of NEWS I have NOT seen Koyama in a bad mood or sad mood, even when he's getting picked on. I don't want people to yell at me when I say this but I think If Koyama was not in NEWS I don't think they would have been so successful (I know them as whole they all need each other), but I think he is the glue that keeps them all together.

I think he is also the most over-looked member and underestimated of the group. When they were still the 8 members, he didn't get much spot light and when he did it was almost always paired with Shige. Now that Kusano and Uchi aren't members, those 2 are getting more spotlight time (and I am loving it, but keep in mind I still adore Notti and Uchi).

Watching him in interviews is always the funniest, I don't think there was one interview of his where i didn't laugh. I really enjoy reading his blog too, he is always showing his true feelings and his love (member ai, ftw).

I don't want to go into too much in more why I love him ... cause i'll be here all day for that and probably kill my fingers in typing XD

So i will stop there.

I didn't mean as successful ... thats just what i typed out ... i didn't know how to write that ... but I just think he is a big key member in NEWS

when i first saw keii i was totally attracted to him, then when i saw more of him ... that just exploded (like my head does everytime i see him)

KoyaShige = CRACK ... the N.E.W.S. and the randomness they have ... the hotel room with Daite Senorita PV ... I had to stop the DVD cause i was laughing way too hard...

I heard he spoils both his nephews and his cat ... so they are very lucky

LOVE ADDICTION ... yeah i was totally addicted to him when i saw that perf. as well as seeing him do Private Hearts ... GUH TOO HOT ... And seeing him (as well as the others) cry during "DREAMS" made me love and respect them more, cause it shows that they are really into their music and love eachother

Koyama Keiichiro: big mouth, bigger heart. That pretty much sums him up for me. ♥

He seems like such a caring person and someone you can be at ease with. I admit when I first got into NEWS I wasn't really drawn to Kei, but the more I saw of his personality the faster he climbed to the top of my list. NEWS wo Abake (the first one) was particularly helpful. He was being his cute, funny, dorky, chatterbox self and it showed me how great he is. And his squeaky voiced "EEEHH?!" will never not be funny. XD

I don't have much time so I'll just add one last thing: his single lids are hot and he has a fantastic laugh. :D

Well I'm not going to write a whole list of reasons why he stand out, partly because there are too many.
The best thing I see in him whether in NEWS/Shounen Club/Performance is that he is not afraid to speak whatever is on his mind and thats what made him the funniest in NEWS(at least to me). (:
He is so cheerful, thats why everyone loves him right?! :D

Super nice guy, always takes care of others especially Tesshi when he's being all clingy XD, and absolutely full of crack (proof: the whole "Daite Senorita PV" thing with him and Shige from the Never Ending Wonderful Story DVD, among a multititude of other examples).

I think Koyama stands out most from NewS. he's always happy, cheerful, the joy from NewS. There's never a moment when he's down and his sillyness is always something I love to see. x3 Koyoma is, what I think, the glue that keeps them together. because he's the most hiliarious membe and always happy, while the optimistic Yamapi is kinda dull to my eyes. Even though I love him too. x3

KOYASHIGE IS SOMETHING I CAN NEVER GET TIRED OF. My faovrite member in NewS is either Shige or Teogshi and man, I love seeing Shige and Koyoma together. Those dorks really make my day.

koyama took on the role as glue of news and i'm glad he did. he's a happy guy, yes, but he also worries a lot. this worry adds to his determination to do his best. he, like the rest of news members, always aim for their best.

i love his ability to be at ease with anybody he meets. i think it's his ramen background that allows him to gain this skill. however, since there are many others who can open quickly to others, i think what really sets koyama apart is the fact that he truly cares and tries to look after everybody around him.

he never has any ill-intentions or negative thoughts. he reminds me of yamapi in this way, except koyama is more open about his optimism. massu's smile may brighten up the room, but koyama's talkative nature keeps things moving.

more importantly, i think he's the most mature. he can relate to people around him and is able to put others above himself sometimes. however, i sometimes wish he would pay more attention to himself. kei-chan needs love too lol. like in the 2007-8 countdown, when they asked him what his wishes were for 2008, he promoted news concerts while others gave a more personal answer.

this is my objective take on koyama. i <3 him very much =)

ps. im tired of ppl comparing each member to yamapi. ie: massu dances better, shige's more intelligent, ryo's more of a leader, etc etc etc. it's just very negative. please focus on member ai =)

koyama is the unappreciated core of news. i think that if he left, the group's success wouldn't suffer too much, but their relationships would. he's the one who holds them all together. he takes care of them. and i think it's quite obvious that he loves news quite a lot, maybe not the MOST, but he is the most expressive about it. he is always concerned about the members' well-being and is genki and smiley all the time. it's really hard not to like him.

Oh man. Seeing all those fancams obviously proves how much they need to put more concerts in DVDs. (X.x) They'd better announce some news on PACIFIC Tour '07-'08 coming out on DVD soon. I'm getting impatient already. (=.=)

kei chan stands out in every way to me. (maybe because i love kei chan most =x)
his love and concern for everyone is probably the most obvious.
he cares and loves the other members so much not that the rest dont but kei chan is the most obvious in showing member ai =D

actually in NEWS, everyone stands out in their own way, i dont see the need to compare because they're all different, special and unique :) ^^ that is what i like about NEWS.

What makes Keii-chan stand out? Why do we all like him so much? I think it's because he's so friendly. He's the kind of guy who you could probably go right up to and talk to--that is, if he doesn't talk to you first. He always cares about his friends, coworkers, and kouhais. He's got a great sense of humor that we've seen time and again. He seems like he'd be cuddly, like a teddy bear. And honestly, if I could be good friends with any member of NEWS, it would be Keii-chan.
