Someone over at jisatsu_ made the icon you're using. ;3 I think it was saihara, but I'm not 100% sure.

The image is from an outtake image from the February 2007 issue of Myojo. I have the magazine, but my scanner is dead, so here are some scans I downloaded back in the day:

The right-hand image is the "non-outtake" image. It was used in the fold-out thingy where they pair up idols with goods in the hopes crazy fans will associate the goods with the idols and buy them.
