[mod] CLARIFICATION~*~

Recently there's been some question about the difference between a "friends-locked journal" and a "members-locked community". These two fall into the same category, and the rule about locked journals APPLIES TO BOTH. Please follow the rules when posting - I understand that certain communities etc. have their own rules but so do we and by advertising in this community there is an implicit agreement to obey any and all rules.

The rules are there for everyone to read and by now all of you should be familiar - I won't be chasing people down for rulebreaking anymore so unless implicitly stated that there is a grace period, your post will be deleted.
