There is definitely going to be a PV. I think that it has already been filmed. According to Namie, she wanted to do a song with a male artist that could sing and dance at the same time like her. She says that the video has some unusual dance choreography.

The article mentions that Namie saw him perform a solo song on a music show. The funny thing is that I remember the exact show that they must be talking about so I immediately went through my stash of Music Station episodes to find the one where Namie was promoting her new single "Break It/Get Myself Back" and Yamapi was promoting "One in a Million". That had to be when Namie made her decision.
