Tickets for Marching J Baseball Game
May. 9th, 2011 03:30 pmHey there! ^^~
I hope it is okay to post this here since it's not only directly NEWS-related ~~"
I just wanted to ask if there is anyone wo is part of the Fan Club who isn't planning go to the Marching J Baseball Game and could therefore order 3 tickets for me!
I'm totally new with all of the ticket buying and Fan Club stuff and I don't know if you only get really bad seats if you just have joined the Fan Club recently and stuff. Plus my Japanese kinda... sucks ^^"
Anyway I'd be happy if anyone would be willing to help me >___<"
Also if money's a problem, I'd be willing to pay the first half of the tickets in advance! :)
Please PM or e-mail (kao-ki-chan@hotmail.de) me (:
Thanks in advance!

Date: 2011-05-10 03:08 am (UTC)My friend told me that you could order 4 tickets per FC member, so I thought it should be alright D:
But thanks for answering >.

Date: 2011-05-10 04:33 am (UTC)This isn't a normal concert/stage event. If it was than YES, you can ballot for up to 4 tickets per ballot form.
(Unless otherwise specified ~ for example: fans can only ballot for 2 Endless SHOCK tickets and only ONCE)
This is a special event and because this event doesn't just involve one group I speculate they are putting the limitation because they want to be able to accomodate fans from all FCs.
Unfortunatly though ~ The deadline for the ballot has already passed. It expired at noon today.
Maybe they will have ''playguides'' once the FC results are out and paid for.

Date: 2011-05-10 03:01 pm (UTC)But well then it makes sense of course and I can understand their reasons for this desicion~
woah, today already?!?! Seems like I really need better sources for informations D:
Sorry, I am just a very very very new Johnny's fan and don't know where to get the best information and so on...
So maybe that's a stupid question now but what do you mean by "playguides"? Is it like for example if they have 1.000 tickets but only 800 FC members wanted some, they sell the remaining 200 to non FC members as well? Or is it something completely different? >__<
Sorry to bother you!
But thanks for your help so far!

Date: 2011-05-10 11:46 pm (UTC)Yeah ~~ The time limit was quite short. But these special events and online only registrations are always really short time limits.
It always takes time to find the most reliable sources. This is the internet after all and people do give all kinds of information or somewhere in between there is a mis-inturpretation.
You're right in your example. And also JE will keep a specific number of seats for FC fans only while leaving the rest of the seats open to ''一般'' <-- non-FC members
This happens usually for really popular shows (or when a musical for example has non-JE casts too)
For JE Countdown shows. FC members ballot for ONLY arena seats while the rest of the seats are open to non-FC members.
Hope that helps ^^ If you have any more Qs I can try to help ^^

Date: 2011-05-11 11:16 am (UTC)Ah, I see... so you REALLY always have to be up to date when it comes to those events it seems like.
That's it. Especially concerning Johnny's I think some things are super confusing. I've already ordered so many tickets here but for Johnny's it seems to be the most complicated though D:
But your explanation helped me a lot, really!! Made things much clearer for me, so thank you so much! ^.^~
And yeah.. I surely have some more questions (and will have tons of others.. I'm sorry >.<)
Like around when will one get to know if they will have "playguides" for Marching J and how does one get to know about that?
And some general thing concerning the FC and tickets... there are some FCs in which the seats you will get depends on how long you're a FC member while in other FCs you just randomly get your seat and it's not like 'the longer you are in the better your seat will be'. What's it like in Johnny's?

Date: 2011-05-12 01:14 am (UTC)Johnny's have lots and lots of rules and it does get confusing. But I mean JE has done this for so so many years without problem so why not right. XDD
When I buy tickets to see Saotome Taichi it's like the easiest thing in the world. Buy online pay at 7/11 and you get ticket.
Hmm well the results are out (or slowly coming out) for baseball game (got my rejection last night at almost 11pm >.<) They say that if by 18th you didn't get an e-mail considered your self rejected. But there might be a 2nd chance for those who didn't hit. (So says e-mail)
I think you're best bet is to check the Johnny's website. Or just keep your eyes open on Twitter and stuff. (Twitter now updates pretty frequently and fast)
I have no proof on how seats are chosen here for JE FC. They say it's lottery, but I swear my friend lucks out so often. I'm always hearing her saying ''Ooo Arena''
last year I got my first Arena for Yamapi and it was great seats but this year it was bad (but not terrible ~ still got a good view of him) seats so I don't know how it works XDD
*is it okay if I add you? It might be easier to answer through messaging cause eventually this thread will ''disappear'' LOL

Date: 2011-05-12 09:01 am (UTC)That's it. I'm actually used to getting tickets so easily i have to admit, that Johnny's kinda shocked me in the beginning.
Ah, that's sad you got rejected >___< I hope you'll have more luck in the 2nd round!!!!
Huh? So it means JE has something like an official Twitter? O__o" woah... if so.. another thing I didn't know yet D: But thank you, I will definetly have an eye on the Johnny's site from now on at least!
Ah, I see xD Well, I prefer it that way I have to admit xDD It sucks if you just entered a FC and you know that there's no way you'll have good seats for years. But still... luck has to be on your seat then D: But Arena for Yamapi sounds great *___* And I guess it always depends on the halls as well. This Febuary the seats I got for Jin were actually really bad.. but because the hall was kinda small you still had a very good view~ If I would have had that kind of bad seats in Tokyo Dome I think I wouldn't have seen anything *laughs* xDD
And sure it's okay, if you add me (: I totally don't mind!

Date: 2011-05-16 02:10 am (UTC)There's one called j_news (it deals with all Japanese entertainment news)
I know there are some group specific really up-to-date twitters. But I'm only following the Kanjani and KinKi Kids one so I'm not sure what the KAT-TUN and NEWS twitter is.
Yeah ~~ I still think it's luck.
This year I was surprised at how good my Endless SHOCK tickets were. And I was only in that FC for about a year.
My ticket for Jin wasn't terrible either but yeah ~ It all depends on size of theatre. The Kobe Hall was pretty small.
HAHA I remember sitting on 2nd floor of Tokyo Dome O_o Everyone was so small. XDD

Date: 2011-05-11 11:46 am (UTC)The baseball games are one of the event the most difficult to get tickets for. Because it involves so many fanclubs and it is very strick to get in.

Date: 2011-05-12 01:08 am (UTC)Cause it's the same rule for Countdown but my friend says they are so busy that they don't have time to check every single person.
But who knows ~~ The only time I've shown my ID and FC member card is at a studio filming. XD
