Regarding the Hoshi wo mezashite project, I just got this e-mail from CD Japan


"Hi. Thank you for shopping at CDJapan.

We have just received an update from Sony Music
regarding "Hoshi wo Mezashite" single from NEWS.

They receive a very large number of orders in the
past few days. Also, Monday (Sept 19) will be a
public holiday in Japan.

So, they said it will take them a few extra days
to fulfill all of them.

Your order is expected to become available
for shipments on September 22 or 23.

We would like to reassure you that your
purchase will be counted towards the Oricon
charts together with everyone who ordered
the single on the following day after your order
is shipped.

Does that mean the sale will only be counted into Oricon on Sept 22 or 23? I'm a bit worried about that.

it's counted on the date you purchase it, not the shipping date
