International paanas! 2016 is a key year for News and we should help them increase the sales of Hikari No Shizuku/Touch!
Japanese Paanas were disappointed that News couldn't make 100,000 sales on the 1st day. Also, News went down to 2nd on Oricon Ranking since Smap has become 1st.
I know it's hard to pay for the cds, but the Japanese fans are buying the concert tickets, and really can't splurge right now. So it would be helpful if we could buy a single, or at least promote it. Most of us won't be going to the concerts after all, and us international paanas can help push News back to 1st right? ...it's not impossible...:p
Thank you very much!!!!

I understand your thought process here, but the Oricon doesn't count copies sent overseas (this was a big news topic about a year or so ago) so no matter how many copies international fans buy, it won't affect their ranking.

Also, I wouldn't worry about NEWS' sales for this single, this has been one of their better selling singles as 4 members. Just because SMAP beat them for one day doesn't really mean anything. NEWS are pretty much guaranteed to get #1 in the weekly ranking which is the one people pay the most attention to anyway. There isn't any need to start a revolution over it or anything, haha

& I didn't include references on my comment before, here is YesAsia's statement about the Oricon not counting copies sent overseas http://www.yesasia.com/us/customer-support/0-0-0-hti.2341-en/question-answer.html and here is CDJapan's: http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/guide/help/product/oricon

I think there are acknowledged shops where we could get the singles we bought get counted in. We could also buy thru online shops owned by fans living in Japan. That way, the purchases we make can be counted in.

Also, I think I saw the oricon chart for yesterday, and I think they got their no. 1 spot back. SMAP is ranked third.
