News - March 2006 Poporo Questions.

Hey everyone!

I was reading through News' Q&A in Poporo March, and thought alot of the answers were really cute, so I decided to translate!

Editing the pages and actually putting all the text in the boxes took foreverrrrr, so I hope everyone really enjoys reading it all!

Translation notes:
-I can't figure out what brand of undies Kusa gave Tego for his birthday.
-Yami-nabe (Massu's answer) is a nabe party where everyone bring some kind of food which usually wouldn't be in nabe, then they cook it all up and eat in the dark. No one knows what's in the nabe, so whatever you chose is what you eat.
-Tsukkomi (in Kusa's answer about what he's been doing recently) is a come-back that someone says when another person says something silly/baka.
-Chige-nabe (Kusa's answer) is nabe with a Korean chige soup base which has kimchee in it.
-Chanko-nabe (Shige's and Ryo's answer) is the type of nabe especially for sumo wrestlers. It usually contains chicken and vegetables, though sometimes seafood and other meat.
-A kouhai is a junior, someone younger than the older people around them.
-For Ryo's characteristic that he reveals about Tego, he says that Tego talks "zuba-n"-ly (ズバーン) I can't figure out what the heck it really means, but I assumed it meant that all of a sudden he'd just bam! start talking.
-Tsumire (part of Kei's nabe answer) are fish balls usually made of sardines.
-Yosenabe (Pi's answer) is nabe with chicken, seafood and vegetables.


My comments:
-The song that Tego wants to sing with Ryo, "Hitomi wo Tojite", is really pretty! I wanna see them perform it together!! <3333
-Tego, you liar! You don't want to become Ryo to get girls, you just want to examine his boy parts! XD
-Like you don't find guys sexy, Massu! XP
-Massu, are you really going to change your hair style?!
-Kusa, you try SO hard to be manly. XP
-Shige, you so smart! <3
-Ryo, we all know that you rabu your Tegonyan! XD
-Ryo, we ALL want to tell Massu to change his hair. XD
-ROFL, at least you have good taste in white guys, Ryo. XDDD
-Now we all know that Ryo thinks Kei looks ghei too. :D
-Awww, Kei wants a slumber party at the onsen! (Sooooo NOT ghei.... really... not.... XDDD)
-*Throws tomatoes at Kei* It's because I love him.
-Can anyone imagine Kei freaking out? hehe
-I'm amused that out of all songs, Pi wants to sing one by Wham! lmao
-I want to eat at Kei's family's ramen shop!
-Pi, you are so obsessed with Massu's muscles. XP
-Pi, I demand that you invite Tego to karaoke!
-HOMG, THEY ARE ALL SO CUTE.
