I believe that that is the special edition with the 48page photo album and the DVD. the normal version which is with the 28page photo album and no DVD comes with two extra tracks:

15. Stand Up (Rock Version)
16. Cherish (Ryoji Remix)

Which one should one buy? I myself am a tad torn since there is only a $9 difference.

this album is awesome. I alredy have it and if it's $9 I would get the one without the 2 extra tracks cuz someone could probably send you those if u really wanted them. I might be able to IM them to you if you wanted me to so get the one with the DVD. that's just my opinion.
